Terms of Service

Payment

Please read the following. By proceeding with a commission, you are agreeing to all of the terms of services detailed here. I reserve the right to refuse a commission. You must be 18+ to place a commission order.

- Full payment upfront is required before beginning. Payment will be through Stripe Invoices in USD currency.-Commissions are non-refundable unless progress updates exceed more than 3 months. At which time, artist will cancel the commission and a full refund will be given to the client.-Turnaround time will rely on schedule and request complexity. Please note that completion of commission may take 1-2 months max.-Commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use and redistribution of any kind is prohibited. Redistribution and/or monetization of commissioned work includes but is not limited to sale of prints, merchandise, advertisement, promotional material, reupload to sites that are not personal to the client, or other for-profit activity. If client is found to have have done any of the above before or after commission request, it is grounds for cancelation without refund and refusal to accept work in the future.-One change and modification is allowed during the process. Changes after are subject to extra charge.-Additional charges will apply for character designing, complex designs, props, or detailed backgrounds.

Ownership and Restrictions

As the artist, I retain full artistic rights over the commissioned work including the right to display it in portfolio, site, social media, or any other promotional use. Clients will be provided, by email, with a watermark version to prevent unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or usage of artwork. By moving forward with the commission, you acknowledge and consent to this usage.-Under no circumstance should commissions be used for NFTs, AI or AI Training.-Alterations, modification, or derivative works on the commissioned artwork by client or other persons is prohibited. This includes recolor, adding/removing elements, or usage of the artwork as base for other creations (ie. tracing, another artist altering, ect.)-Client must give proper credit to artist when sharing or publishing the commissioned artwork.

Flat Color
No background or a solid color/block of color, flat cell shade colors
Additional characters: +50% per character (max 2 additional)

Full Color
Solid color or simple background, fully rendered characters
Additional characters: +50% per character (max 2 additional)
